It contains 49 neutral values as well as instructions to lead you through the process to see which values are most important to you. It is super revealing and the beginning of lots of great conversations with your favorite people.
Some questions to ask yourself as you do the exercise…
-Are you living your life in line with your chosen values or are they more aspirational?
-Which values were least important? Why do you think they weren’t important at all?
-What do each of your top 5 values mean to you? The actual words?
-How did you decide?
-How are they same/different as your partner/parent/child/sibling/best friend?
